What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Walk on a nearby 12 mile trail winding from Park Forest to Joliet. What has been your greatest accomplishment? I earned Realtor of the Year in 2010, raised over $75,000 for South Suburban Pads since 2006, and have managed a Pads emergency homeless shelter site since 2008, to name a few from recent years. How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? Customer service and longevity. What do you love most about the industry? Helping sellers and buyers realize their relocation goals. Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I walk in the neighborhoods where I have sold homes in the past and distribute postcards promoting myself. Where is your favorite place to hang out? Downtown Chicago. If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be? Gladys Knight!

If you weren’t a Realtor, what would you be? A writer or a producer. What is your favorite free-time activity? I power-walk eight miles daily, and I love to travel and play golf.

What was your first job in the realty industry? I worked for Naughton, which became Santefort-Naughton, which became Coldwell Banker Santefort-Naughton, which became Coldwell Banker First American, over an eight-year period of time.
